Nutritional Profile

Chicken thighs provide complete protein plus key micronutrients such as iron, zinc, and B vitamins, which support oxygen transport, immune function, and energy metabolism. Their naturally occurring fats help slow digestion, promoting satiety and more stable blood-sugar responses.
Extra virgin olive oil contributes monounsaturated fats and protective polyphenols that support cardiovascular health and enhance the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients. Balsamic vinegar is naturally fat-free and very low in natural sugar; its acidity supports flavour balance and may help moderate post-meal glucose response without adding excess sweetness.
Together, these simple, whole-food ingredients create a nutritionally balanced meal that supports steady energy, fullness, and metabolic health.

  • 1 kg chicken thighs , fat trimmed
