Need I say more?This nut mix can be eaten as a wholesome snack, sprinkled over salads, thrown into protein bowls, or mixed in with seeds, dried fruits or dark chocolate chips.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of spray-free raw nuts, almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts
- 4 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, optional if you like them spicy!
- ½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- PREHEAT oven to 180
- TOSS nuts in 2 tsp of oil and the vinegar and transfer onto a baking sheet, spread out evenly.
- ROAST for 5-10 mins to toast (be careful not to burn).
- COMBINE all other ingredients except the oil in a bowl.
- TOSS roasted nuts in the spice mixture and add the remaining oil while the nuts are warm.
- SERVE nuts cool as they will be crunchier. Store the remaining for a quick, wholesome, and super tasty snack.
- Store in a glass air-tight jar at room temperature for up to 1 week
- Try any combination of raw nuts, best to avoid peanuts and cashews
- Try adding seeds like sunflower, pumpkin seeds
- Play with the spices, if you prefer spicier, add some ground chilli.
