Nutritional Profile
Wholesome Human Hero Ingredient: Sea Vegetables (Seaweed)
Sprinkling dried seaweed onto your meals doesn’t just add taste, texture, and umami; it’s a simple, powerful way to boost your intake of vitamins and minerals.
Seaweed like nori, featured in our sushi bowl, contains tyrosine and iodine, two key nutrients that support healthy thyroid function. Your thyroid plays a vital role in regulating energy, growth, reproduction, and cell repair.
Seaweed is also a natural source of omega-3 fats and delivers small but valuable amounts of vitamins A, C, E, and K. Plus, it’s rich in protective plant compounds like flavonoids and carotenoids, which help guard your cells from free radical damage.
