Nutritional Profile
Wholesome Human Hero Ingredient: “Cacao” Raw Chocolate
Cacao (pronounced “cu-COW”) is the raw, unprocessed form of chocolate, and it’s a powerhouse of health benefits. Unlike the common cocoa many of us grew up with, cacao is packed with antioxidants, essential minerals, and natural compounds that support heart health, brain function, and mood.
Here’s why organic cacao deserves a spot in your pantry:
- More antioxidants than blueberries
- Naturally high in iron, magnesium, and calcium
- Rich in mood-boosting compounds like serotonin, tryptophan, tyrosine, and phenylethylamine — the feel-good neurotransmitters that support emotional wellbeing
