Nutritional Profile

Wholegrain oats bring slow-releasing carbohydrates, fibre, and B-vitamins to support steady energy and gut health.
Almond flour adds healthy monounsaturated fats and vitamin E to nourish the brain and support hormone and skin health, while helping you feel fuller for longer.
Hemp seeds contribute plant-based protein, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, essential for brain function, reducing inflammation, and supporting long-term energy.
Rapadura sugar is a natural, unrefined cane sugar that retains its natural minerals like calcium, magnesium, and potassium.
Together, these ingredients create a balanced snack rich in good fats, fibre, and plant protein, helping stabilise blood sugar, improve satiety, and nourish both body and brain.

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbs hemp seeds

  • ¾ cup organic raisins or sultanas (preservative and oil free)
  • ½ cup grass-fed butter or coconut oil (melted and cooled)
  • ½ cup rapadura sugar

Inspiration and tips

  • Keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer freshness.
  • Double the batch and freeze. Perfect for lunchboxes or a wholesome sweet treat anytime.
  • Freezing also helps you pace yourself; no temptation to eat the whole tray!
  • Swap cinnamon for any spice like ginger, mixed spice, or even a touch of nutmeg for a chai-spiced flavoured cookie.
