Ingredients
- 2 tbs avocado oil
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
- 1 brown onion, sliced
- 1 cup frozen broad beans
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped
- 2 cups green beans
- 8 white cup mushrooms or any variety you prefer
- ½ bunch of silverbeet, stems removed, leaves only, torn
- 1 ½ tbs tamari, wheat-free soy sauce
- 1 tbs coconut aminos
- 1½ tsp sesame oil, if no allergies
- Season well with cracked pepper
Instructions
- HEAT a wok or non-stick ceramic or stainless-steel fry pan.
- ADD avocado Oil, and sauté the onion and garlic.
- ADD broad beans to soften.
- MIX in all the other vegetables, make sure they get coated in the oil.
- ALMOST cooked, add the tamari, coconut aminos and pepper.
- COOK to your liking, turn off the heat, add sesame oil, toss through and serve.
- ENJOY as a side to your favourite protein.
- Try any combination of veggies you have in the fridge; this stir-fry sauce complements any vegetable mix.
