Wholesome Human Hero Ingredients: Almonds, Coconut & Sesame Seeds

Almond meal is rich in plant-based protein, fibre, and healthy monounsaturated fats, supporting muscle maintenance and steady energy. It also provides vitamin E and magnesium, important for metabolic and nervous system health.
Coconut adds satisfying fats that enhance flavour and satiety, helping these cookies feel genuinely satisfying.
