Ingredients
  

  • cup of Tahini
  • cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup filtered water for a thicker consistency, add less water
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup firmly packed chopped parsley leaves
  • tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  1. COMBINE all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. STORE the extra dressing in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Use it on salads, fish, chicken, or roasted vegetables.
